The Details:
Where: Planet Fitness, 1935 S Telegraph Rd, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302
When: Tonight at 9:00 PM – ? (Get there early!)
Arrival Instructions: When you arrive, just hang out outside until we get there. If you go inside, just tell Kaitlyn you are there to see Ren.
The Rules of Engagement:
- Strict Guest List: This event is strictly for founders, current sponsors, and current investors. No exceptions.
- No Potential Investors/Sponsors Tonight: If you want access to see the very first group of founders, you must already be a sponsor or an investor with cleared funds. This policy is strictly enforced to protect our proprietary systems and processes.
- Equity Requirement: It will cost you zero cash to participate; however, you will be giving up equity. Specific terms will be discussed once we learn what you’re bringing to the table.
- Agreement Required: If you are accepted into the program, you must sign an agreement to move forward. Otherwise, you can come back another time. You will not be able to participate in any activities until you sign the paperwork, which includes an NDA and your equity contribution details.
- Vibe Check: Bring your elevator pitch, your core idea, any support material you want to show off, and a positive attitude. Absolutely no haters or detractors allowed.
- Sponsorships & Shoutouts: Since we do not have any exclusive sponsors locked in just yet, we are happily accepting gifts from anyone for our founders. If you bring or send something to support the pitching tonight, we will gladly give you multiple shoutouts!
